AIT adjourned appeal date

HI
My case was to be heard on friday the 4 september 2015 but today my solicitor received a call from AIT that my appeal was adjourned and no futher date was given.
The case was adjourned by AIT because no judge available, Is really stressful , I been waiting for the hearing for nearly 6 month and now I don't even know when Is going to be heard again.
Please share you experience If u been In this situation , you help will be appreciate.

Courts are very busy these days. I saw one member on the board got hearing date after 9 months.

I am also waiting for hearing date since May but we r not HURRY like u because our case is slightly different from u.

Can you provided some more information.

Are u waiting for hearing at upper tribunal or FTT

hearing date 4 september 2015
ajourned 1 september 2015 to ?????????????????????????????????????

Im waiting for FTT In NEWPORT, so lucky007 u think I can still wait again 9 month for have hearing date after 6 month wait?
Why are u not HURRY to get at least a hearing date? I got my hearing date within 2 day after I submitted appeal that date unfortunately has been postponed to.........

Thanks 4 ur message I don't know how long they will take more but in london areas waiting time is 6-7 months these days.

I am waiting for ut hearing date. I m not hurry because our legally ten yrs will be complete next yrs in September.

This Is really difficult , waiting with not date, we are been left In lImbo.

Oh same happened with me.my case supposed to be heard today 4th September at Taylor house but appeal has been adjourned without any reason.no new date has been given.

flr(o) applied:16 july 2014 on the basis of no ties with home country.
Flr(0) refused:Feb 2015 (with the right of appeal).
Appeal lodged within 28days.
Got hearing date:4 September 2015(taylor house london)

I went to the court today with my barrister and got to know that my appeal had been adjourned with no new date and no reason. Bymistake court has send appeal adjourned letter to my previous solicitor firm.which they apologised.

Thanks for ur reply. They did same with us when we got permission from ut to ut they SEND letter our previous solicitor even we incomed by email, post and phone.

Good luck with ur appeal. Do u have any children?? Who is ur barrister??

Tribunal call my solicitor on Thursday to ask for my barrister availability in November and December.
She said maybe my hearing will be listing before end of the year. Waiting now to get at least a date , finger cross.

now you got 2 months time,this appeal is important for u.home office already give u reason for refuse,thinking how to win them. ur can prepare something now,good luck!don't just listen ur solicitor,they are too busy...........

Thank you , yes it is very important for me the appeal, I think have done almost all I can, my bundle was submitted to tribunal an h.o 2 day before the adjournment. I now think they have advantage to prepare their defense and my barrister has a time aswell to prepare.
To be honest I can.t wait for that hearing date, it will be 9 month of waiting, hopefully the appeal will go ahead and judge will decide. hope all well for u #lukli
