Please friends i need help,
My ut is dismissed and i m short of 13 months for my ilr .my lawyer told me to apply flr fp and missed the biometric 2 times and before any decision made out variate it to fresh flr fp(thrice) ,in that ways we can cover some period and streach it to 12 months atleast. i am not sure if this can be done .please suggest me if this is possible.
