Appeal Implementation Unit

Any one got BRP after appeal allowed decision by Tribunal and how long it will take. All comments/experiences would be appreciated.

They will be in no hurry to implement the appeal.If you haven't been issued with your papers after 3 months from the date on the judges determination ask your lawyer to find out what happening.

If there is still no progress get hold of your mp and ask him or her to chase your papers for you.
