Appeal with new evidence. Is it a valid appeal?

I have my family's visitor visa rejected due to not providing my proof of accommodation and my employer letter.

I want to know if I supply my tenancy agreement and employer letter in an appeal to the same application, will it be a valid appeal as my new supporting documents will be supplied after the date of the initial visa application.

Experienced members please help.

Thanks for the response. I think I will get in a fresh application as the response time is much more predictable.

If the appeal is successful and the decision is overturned - I am not sure if a EC will be issued straight away or a determination letter will be issued and then my family will have to use that determination letter to apply for a EC again at VFS in Mumbai.
