Came to UK as a Student Tier4 July 2012
Didnt attend the college as it revoked
Made relations with some1 and become pregnent (she is already married backhome)
Her boyfrined left her as he didnt want that baby
Her husband asked her to come back after she told him (husband)
Unfortunatly her husband died in June 2013 and she went back
Her parents force her to misscarriage
She came to UK back (hiddenly)
Didnt apply for asylum at Airport as she was not aware about asylum and also was not in good condition (30week Pregnency)
After her baby born she applied for assylum
Have screening Interview Dec 2013
Biomatric done Dec 2013
Start Asylum support from Feb 2014
Now she just got a letter about her interview and she is worry about that interview.

Can anybody help her

What will the ask her?
How long will it take?
Is there any expected decision?
And how long will it take to inform her about decision?

its a normal process every one who applied for asylum has to attend full interview, they will ask her what fear she has which preventing her to go back home.

On what visa did she enter the country.if she doesnot want to change any thing which the solicitor is advising you know whts goin to happen.do as ur immigration advisor says.you should better know that homeoffice wants everything straight and clear one loop hole will cost 1 first tier,1 upper tier tribunal,2-3 further submissions and a JR.and still u r refused.
Becareful and think this interview as the first and only chance.

HI allz :)

she had interviewed today on sunday at 15.02.2015 in liverpool.

She told that the people was realy good and cooperative. It was almost 3 hours interview and they asked same question as they already asked her in Screening interview (crydon). It was good expereince and she feel realy nice and comfert :).

Need to ask 2 querry....

1. They asked her to sign a form for her National Insurance Number in the start of interview.
2. They asked her that she will recive a letter for her daughter biomatircs which she has to submitt. (As she already submitted her
biomatric after screening test but not for her daughter).

Can anyone have same experience or any knowledge about this.

Your reply will highly appriciated.

thanks

WALKER 67:-

did u get ur decision or still waiting for it??

Her daughter born and then she applied for biomatric. As I read on UKBA website (Assylum interview process) they said that for BRP card need to enroll for biomatric for all applicants :)

First of all im very surprised by ur commment

I dont think UKVI office in liverpool is open on saturday....cant even imagine of sunday.

If i remember correctly, from feb 2012, they require biometrics for all asylum applicants...they do this to confirm the identity and in case if one is lucky enough to be given some form of leave....he/she is given the biometric resident card. And when you go for asylum interview, one of the forms is application for Ni number....that too, u receive if ones lucky enough.

So these 2 requirements are part of the asylum process....its neither a good sign nor a positive sign regarding your asylum application.

Hi,

We also didnt belived about that thing therefore I went with her on car coz I dont want her to suffer with her little1. However 2 HO staff were smoking outside the building then she went there to confirm and they said ''yes'' they r wrking. All together there was 13 peoples interview( as my friend told me).

Deewani:-

I read that stuff already but however thanks for concern. :)

I belive some good results as I am thinking positive.

Bless u all

Well... May be they started work on weeked too to reduce the backlog.

Till one gets a decision, anything is possible. So we all hope that she gets a positive decison and all those who are waiting for their cases to be resolved.

(Hav they asked 4 d biometrics 2 b done on sunday too)....(sorry, but im still amazed 4 sundy intr)
