British High Commission not returning original documents

My sister was interviewed by British High Commission in Pakistan for an ancestry visa. At the time of interview, the Immigration Officer asked my sister to leave all her original documents there and told her that these will be returned later with the passport.
Now my sister has received the passport but no documents. She has tried to contact the High Commission by email and phone but there is no response.

What should we do?

contact them by phone - the same people you contacted when you set up interview appointment. or call the visa section of the high commission. otherwise, she will have to go there in person.

Simple solution:
Just get on their neck and do not get off until they give your documents back.
