Cancelling appointment - refund time

Just wondering how long people have waiting for a refund when cancelling their PEO appointment.

It says 4 weeks, but has that been people's experiences? Has there been any hassle in getting the money back?

I need to delay my appointment for 6 months, and not sure if I should just keep extending or actually just cancel and rebook later - which is much preferred!
