Dependent Tier 1 General extension without restriction

Hi All,

Just wanted to check if anyone has got a Tier 1 General Dependent visa extension in UK without restriction (No employment as a Doctor or Dentist in training)?

The reason is my wife came here 2 years back on Tier 1 General dependent visa from India and at that time she didn't have any restrictions on her visa. Her visa is up for renewal in April and she has completed her PLAB exam and have registered with GMC too. So if I go for extension, am bit worried that she might get visa with restriction and that will reduce her chances of finding a training job in UK.

Has any dependent doctors extended visa in UK without restrictions? Please Help!
