Email UKBA to verify the Current Status

Hi Friends,

I want to check my current status with UKBA. Is there any email id? or contact number? A help is greatly appreciated. There are some threads which are relative to my query but those email id's are not working.

I have sent an email to this address "UKBApublicenquiries@UKBA.gsi.gov.uk" which got redirected to "BusinessHelpdesk@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk".

Hope someone will reply me.
