Hi,
My visa is refuse on tier 1 entr now in appeal, my wife and daughter want to visit to uk my wife was on dependent visa when i was on PSW before my visa expire she left country and then i applied for tier 1 ent after two year its refuse now she want to visit to uk,

- can she visit UK on visitor visa (my wife brother is in uk on tier1 ) by showing her funding and brother sponser ?

or

- Can she visit uk telling want to visit she husband ?
any advice would be helpfull.
