Dear forum members I urgently need advice please. I was given leave to remain in 2013 on the 10 year route. It is expiring end of this month. I have everything to switch for flrm but there issues in a way in which I came to Britain back in 2003, and if so in that case I want to continue with my flro, but my solicitor say I have to defiantly switch because I have married. We qualified for for the financial requirements and I am married to my husband and we are in subsisting relationship. The question is do I have to switch at all costs. Thanks please help
