FLR FP 2ND EXTENSION HELP PLZ

i have applied my flr fp 2nd extension.
cam in uk as student in 2011.
got married in 2013 and applied visa.
my wife was already married and have 2 kids from first marriage.
visa approved sep 2013 for 30 months.
visa expired march 2016.
applied feb 2016.
with 3 childs . they all have british passports.
letter recieved from HO:17-02-2016
Your application raises issues relating to the E C n Human R
Biometric letter: 08.03.16
Biometrics done: 10.03.16
BRP: waiting

is this normal?

Yes it is normal ...basically it's a formal letter that they send to everyone using flr fp form
So don't worry just relax and good luck with your application
