FLR O FP application will get in country right of appeal ?

Hi Guys,
Anyone got an idea that if FLR (o) FP application is refused, will applicant get in country right of appeal or not ?

what is your background and reason for flr o or fp . have u applied any of them yet..??

actually my visa is finishing 7 months before completing 10 years of residency , so i am planning to apply flr o to pass 7 months to qualify for ilr.

is there any other way to get through or what will be the best option to pass 7 months

Haven't done anything just wondering around and looking for some jobs on tier 2

i heard if u do flro on relationship basis u get appeal right...
