Genaral visitor visa for mother from india

Hi,

I am on Tier2 visa and planning to apply general visitor visa for my mother alone. My father is a central government employee and having agriculture lands on his name and tax returns. But unfortunately my mother doesn't have any property docs or bank statements as she is supported by my father. Please suggest me how can I proceed further.

Can I show the documents of my father to my mother's visa application? She is having bank account but no transactions.
How can I show that she is having ties in India.
