general ground of refusal and suitability

hi all members
what is the difference between general ground of refusal and suitability requirement ? are they both same and operates same ?

becausr my FLR LR is granted and mentioned that i don't fall for suitability requirement.... as we know in FLR LR is long residency and general grounds of refusal is not counted in that application.

Suitability requirements generally refer to your immigration status, therefore if you have ever been subject to a deportation order, breached your previous visa conditions, or overstayed your visa then you probably will not meet the suitability requirement unless certain conditions apply.

deception clause in GGR and SR is same or worked same ? reason m asking is
i had decpetion in past which was withdrawn by home office and gave 28 days to apply new application but home office maintained the 322(1a) ...... in letter home office said i don't FALL for suitabilty criteria so does it mean i don't fall for general ground of refusal swell ?

322(1A) is regarding false representation and deception. That is under general grounds for refusal

but thats for the current application
when you refuse on the basis of a false representation in the current application, paragraph 322(1A) of the rules applies..

in my case, i got refusal and deception... but home office withdrew the finding deception and said i was innocent victim of fraud.... what i am asking is now they wont bring it back with 322(2) when i apply ILR ?
