gerry pakistan website tracking not working..anyone?

hi i m so confused plz hep me

my mother applied for general visitor visa from pakistan last month on 21st march..but its been 3 weeks now and we have nt got any update regarding where is her application now.we have nt got any email or calll from gerrry.Nd also when we r going on their website to track our application their tracking page is giving error.have tied to call on their previous helpline number it says out of service...what to do..plz reply who recently applied from pakistan...
