How can i get my passport back

Hi,
I have received my biometric card on 11th of august but not my passport yet. I have filled the document return form as well but it has been over 10 days but yave not heard anything yet. Can anyone suggest me how i can get the passport back.

Don't forget there has been a recent bank holiday which may have delayed things.
Suggest waiting a little longer before chasing up via HO helpline.
