IHS refund

Hi, my wife visa was refused on 31july 2015, but i didnt get IHS refund so far,
whould this mony be credited on my account automatically or i have to apply for that,

More details are needed to advise.

a) How did you apply (postal, PEO, etc)?
b) What visa did you apply for?
c) Did you file an appeal or reconsideration request?
d) What is your wife's current status?

my wife applied from pakistan
i didnt go for appeal
she is still in pakistan
i am planning to reapply nxt month
