ILR eligibility

Hi,
I first landed in UK on a tier 1 visa in march 2010 and due to health reasons had to go out of UK from Nov 11 till Jul 13. Following my last Tier extension I have leave to remain till Mar 2017, I wanted to know I have a valid case to apply for ILR in March 2015 showing the medical reports that shows my treatment in India?
