ILR Parents bringing child to UK as a visitor

Post by TP2012 » Sat Feb 04, 2012 5:25 am

I and my wife are currently on ILR and due to apply for naturalisation in June 2012. She is currently in India with the baby and will be returning next month.

Would like to know if we need to apply for ILR for the child in India or can she bring him to the UK as a visitor and then apply for naturalisation in June for him too??

If baby was born outside the UK, then baby should apply for a child settlement visa.
