Immigration status for dependants of embassy workers

Hey Guys,

Does any one knows what will be the immigration status for the dependants of a person working in the Pakistani embassy . they are here from last 4 and half year .

Can they apply for ILR after 5 years . They have there post graduation from UK reputable universities.

Should be in-line with Embassy worker. What is the status of the Embassy worker? Diplomat or local (non-diplomatic) staff?
Unlikely to qualify for ILR after 5 years, if the Embassy worker does not qualify. Perhaps after 10 years.
