Indian national with Ireland Business Visa

I would like to know whether a separate UK visa is required for an Indian national with Ireland Business Visa to visit UK?

Yes, Ireland is a SEPARATE country to the UK, each have their own immigration rules.

I know that with Irish "Visiting visa", Indian nationals could visit UK. Is the same not applicable to Irish "Business Visa" holders?
