judical review at upper Tribunal court

Hi everyone,

My solicitor lodge JR at upper Tribunal court now 42 days no Acnowlege of service from Treasury Solicitors.
I've called my solicitor he said that he will write to court.
What next step if tresury solicitors dont respond?

What does your solicitor advise? He has the full facts of the case.
