Hi all,
I was on an EEA family visa which expired, more recently have been pursuing a T1 Entrepreneur, which hasn't been successful yet (lack of funding). The last time I came into the UK, I was advised to let them know that I was doing the Entrepreneur and had a 1way ticket back to the US a couple of months later - this worked fine, and I got a 6-month stamp.
At the end of the 6 months, I left and was advised to stay out for "at least 4 months" before coming back in without a proper visa. As I'm still coming up short on the funding, I'm only staying out based on this advice.
While I'm considering trying to find a job alongside raising the funds for Entrepreneur, I'm itching to come back home (my SO and house are in the UK). My legal counsel says "as long as possible" and "at least 4 months" to stay out this time - is there a difference between 3 months and 4 months? It's been over 3 months already, I'm wondering if you think the extra 2-3 weeks will make any difference in my coming back in.
Thanks!
