lost life in the UK test

I lost my life in the UK test certificate.I did sent my life in uk test certificate during ILR application, now I am applying for naturalization, but i lost it.
Do i have to redo the exam or i can select first option that is " I met the knowledge of language and life requirment to qualify for settlement"
