Can someone please tell me whether or not I require a 'NADRA' marriage certificate? I was married in Mirpur Azad Kashmir. I want to apply for my wife's visa. I have the usual Urdu Nikkah Nama and its English Translation, but I do not have the Nadra marriage certificate. Do Nadra issue these in Mirpur?

Please reply asap.
