Missed BRP Delivery. Need help.

Hi
I received letter from DX delivery on 21/11 said that 19/11 they are unable delivery my BRP card. But on that day, i stayed at home all day and didnt listen any ring bell. And then i contact to DX delivery and they said that i have to contact with Home Office to authorise redelivery. I have emailed to Home Office on 23/11 and they said will reply within 5 working days. But i have booked ticket for come back to my country for holiday on 4/12 . Can someone help me that how long days will take redelivery???.
