parents visiting visa

Hi Guru's

I'm on tier 1 entrepreneur visa, my wife came to UK on my dependent. now she is pregnant. i would like to bring my parents to UK now.

could any one suggests me the documents list from my side and from my parents side for visiting 6 months

I searched all the sites, https://www.gov.uk/standard-visitor-visa

i'm planing to drop visa for my parents on last week of sept 2015

they mentioned

The Supporting Documents from my parents side:
1. Completed and signed online application forms (one for each).
2. Original passports (one for each).
3. Personal bank account statements. (but my parents don't have 6 months bank statement, they are maintaining funds 5lks each from 5th of august 2015 )
4. Original business registration documents (VAT certificate).
5. Original Income tax returns for the past three years.
6. Original Utility bills (Electricity and land telephone bills).
7. Report of valuation of properties and the copy of the property documents.
8. Other Documents – Original Voter card, Ration card (one for each)

The Sponsorship documents from my side (son) <full name of sponsorer> (Residing in UK):
1. Signed original Sponsorship Letter.
2. Copy of my current passport and valid biometric resident permit (BRP card).
3. Original tenancy agreement.

i'm doing my own business , i dont have any payslips.
i'm not maintaining any funds in my account (should i maintain, if yes! how much i need maintain and for how long)

For parents sponsor there are few things which you need to show home office when they will apply the visa.

First you have enough funds to support them during their visit to UK.

You have got enough home space so you can make good living arrangement for them.You can get a letter from your landlord/estate agent in which they can verify that the property is suitable for them.

You need to get a letter from your GP/Mid wife regarding the pregnancy of wife and you need to call your parents to antenatal care of your wife.

3 months bank statement for maintenance funds.

In addition , you can attach your business bank statement, personal bank statement and an accountant letter.As such there is no need for the financial documents of your parents as you are the financial sponsor for them but additional documents can be add up for support.

I would advise you also get the suggestion from a good solicitor or get further opnion from home office.

Hi Dear,
Just add one more thing. Show something to prove their ties with your home country like your siblings/work/business. They might can object that they have no intention to go back. I dont think you require a letter from landlord about suitability of your house if your parents are healthy. However you must be showing that you have spare room for them to live in.

yes, i have a double bed room flat. Tenant agreement is on me and my wife name.

I hope this documents is enough to drop visa, if anything else please let me know

my doubt is!

can't apply without showing my personal statement/business statement,

bcz i'm not maintaining any funds in my account, and my parents are maintaining funds in their accounts.

The purpose of the Landlord/agent letter to verify that the flat/house has got enough space to accommodate people. Obviously, 4 or 5 people can't stay in a 1 bed flat in London,UK .Therefore, home office can raise the question regarding the accommodation space.

This is the most common reason for refusal of a visit visa. The ECO must be convinced that the applicants (your parents) have such strong links to their country of residence that they will return back home before their visa expires.
