PEO booking for ILR where ?

Hi members,
I need help where to book for the PEO appointment.
I am in the self-employment category ( Sole trader ) ..

Which PEO is the best for the above cases... Sheffield or Croydon or Birmingham?

Please help. ..

Or is it best to post the application??

Please help as If I need to do the PEO I need to do soon.

Not an expert at all, but from what i've seen is, for self-employed cases they do some further checks and send u back without visa on the same day.
Dont know if anyone has had an experience like that here would like to elaborate.

thanks for the reply but I think that if you have tax and papers in place it should not be a problem for the case worker to decide on the same day

Hi All,

A friend of mine is facing the same situation. Self employed [sole trader]. All the taxes used to claim points during Tier 1 & Tier 1 extension have been paid to the HMRC. Also has copies of the SA-302 from the HMRC.

Moderators,gurus will you please be able to advise whether it`s worth spending that extra for the same day service despite being self employed [sole trader]. As far as I know, the home office does not make decisions on the same day for self employed applicants as they perform further checks.

Croydon is best. I have read here and personally atleast 2 people who got same day decision as long as all papers were in order. Good luck.

Absolutely not Croydon.
It has got better but it is not for complex cases, sole trader cases are rare and you need specialists considering them
They only have specialists like this in Sheffield, and you should not even consider anywhere else.
A complex case by definition for Tier 1 settlement - ONLY sheffield.
In Croydon, the moment they are not sure, they put on hold and refer to Sheffield. Same cases in Sheffield can still be done on the same day.
Just make sure you go on a working day and in the first half of it.
