Under what cactegory i can apply for Visa?

I lived in UK before and now moved to Canada as Permanent. I have a house in UK and wanted to visit to sell the house.
Need to apply for Visa, and not sure under what category I can apply for? I do have family (brother) there as well.

Do I apply as Family visit? business visit? or General Visit?

Appreciated for your respond.

Perhaps a family visit visa, if you're intending on a longer visit.

Where I don't intend to stay longer than 10 days, and not going to visit any of my family member there.
Still do I need to apply for family visa?

Oops. I forgot to mention I carry Sri Lankan passport, where I am only PR in Canada ( not citizen yet) .
I have to be treated as Sri Lankan, and i'll need a visa to enter UK
