Vacation to india with a month's visa left

Hi,

I'm currently on a Tier 2 ICT visa issued on 6th aug 2010 and eligible for extension for more than 5 years.

My visa expires on 19th Jan 2016 and I'm planning for a vacation outside uk in the below dates.

Leaving London: 19/11/2015
Arriving London: 14/12/2015

I'll submit my visa for extention straightaway on my return. My company has already to extend my VISA.

Question:

Will this be a problem as I'll have only a month's VISA validity when I land?
Will I be stopped by UK immigration?

As long as you continue to be on the payroll of the UK company and they are aware of this vacation, there should not be any issues at the immigration.
