Visitor's Visa - General - Estranged Family Member

Chaps,

A UK national looking to sponsor his parents to UK as a visitor under General Visitor Visa type. Need your help regarding "Do you have any Friends of Family in the UK?" question.

I used to have a brother in the UK, who has chosen to be estranged for the last 5 or so years from us, and we don't exactly know his where abouts / Status in the UK anymore. I have provided his name, and exactly the story - do you think this'll suffice? - if you can kindly share any experiences or advice will be greatly appreciated.
