Hi Every one !
Kindly plz advice. My sister and mother applied for uk family visit visa for 6 months.
My mother just received her passport on 26th August 2014, with visa granted. However, my sister visa is rejected.
she has got letter of refusal stating she''Your right of appeal is limited to the grounds referred to in section 84 (1)(C) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (http://www.legislation.gov.uk)''

kindly plz advice;
1- can she re-apply next week (1 September, 2014 )with Cover letter clarifying all the points ECO raised?
2- Moreover, can she use her same photograph on fresh visa application form that she used previously for her application, applied on 6th August,2014?
3- i also need some help with cover letter
4-2 years back my sister stated on her visa application to visit uk for 1 month, and she was granted 6 month visa. due to health of my mother she stayed 4 months and came back to Pakistan within within the allowed time frame . does this count as over stay?coz ECO raised objection..about this

Hello Everyone,

My mother and sister submitted the family visit visa application and got this email today from VFS Global. No email from Abudhabi.

"The processed visa application for GWF reference number - XXXXXX was received at the UK Visa Application Centre on 9/2/2014 10:19 AM .

If a courier service was purchased from VFS Global, your processed application will be delivered to the chosen address.

If not, your documents can be collected during the designated passport collection times..

To me this response is quick.

Application submitted: 20/08/2014
Email VFS Global 02/09/2014
No call from HO

Confused if its a refusal or successful aplication?

Any Ideas guys

my application was refused eco was drunk or some thing some while making recsion my application. he refused my application that i dont have sufficient funds to mentain myself in the uk and dont have enough ties to come back pakistan
i have reapplied and ask eco to open his/her eyes and see my bank statements. i dont think he/she will have ever that much money in the account. i have enough ties to pakistan over two hundred thousand pounds property on my own name, established busniness in pakistan and family mother and brother living in pakistan. i have paid priority service aswell. inshallah i will get positive result this time soon

hi, i have reapplied exactly after a week, i havn't received any call yet and i dont think that they call to applicant or sponsor if they have verified ur documents & sponsor details

I applied my parents visa last month-
Received email from "3G Un-Cleared" that you application is issued and will be returned shortly to our partner!

What does this mean? Visa issued or declined?

Has any one received email from "3G Un-Cleared" ??

i am really hoping that home office lose the right of permission appeal to the uper tribunel and that indian women will get 125k. it will be very good lesson for immigration officers at uk port of entry. they treat you really bad especially if u r belong to third world country.

Hey, I am a student tier 4 applicant. I have been reading the post and it is rather interesting. i did not receive any email from abu dhabi but only vfs saying that my processed app can be collected from the application center. Did some get the same email? what was their outcome?

So, rahmat12 i would say hope for the best
Just to add, they applied for family visit visa via priority service. Here goes the timeline:
16th June: Application Submitted
20th June: Sponsor contacted
26th June: Passport collection email

I got the similar email and no response from the abu dhabi embassy! anyone else with the same situation?

as per knowledge if u apply visitor visa from pakistan and dont get an email from abu dhabi, so its mean that your application been refused. but you applied student visa so i am not sure about it. but i wish u good luck, if you share with us your outcome of the application would really appericated.

can anyone here tell me how long it wil take to process reapply applications ..? when do i expect to receive an email from abu dhabhi? how many more days to go?

heyy everyone! I got my visa today and i had only received an email from vfs. Also, Isl embassy is issuing visa these days.. Well atleast student visas. So please dont speculate and wait till you open your passport!
