Hi All

In previous comments by members I have noticed that who ever got the email from HO about application is being processed and etc eventually got their visas stamped.

However, it did not happen in my family's case. Email received yesterday 25/09/14 stating your application has been processed, kindly collect your passports from VFS/Gerry's collection point.

Sadly, final decision was a refusal ):

I thought I let you know all that ''application is processed'' is not a confirmation of visa granted.

I hope this would help us all as I was over excited yesterday after reading members comments.

Good day all

Mkay

Just an update. I have recently been refused and re-applied on priority service last Sunday, 21 Sep
I received an email today saying:

"Your application has been issued and will shortly be returned to our commercial partner. This does not mean that your documents are ready to collect: Please await confirmation of this, or follow the collection instructions you have already been given.

This is an automated response so please do not reply."

I am not sure about this response if my application has been successful.

Any thoughts?

Praying for the best...

it means Visa granted.
If you look at the previous posts in the forum
people who got this email, got Visa granted. so nothing to worry about :)

@Mohsintariq
Bro you got it completely wrong. The email you received
was from vfs global/gerrys, which only means that you processed application is back to the visa app centre, come and collect it. Whereas in the previous posts in this forum people have been talking about email from Abudhabi.You receive that email only if your visa is granted and it says "your application has been issued"
you mixed the both emails. I hope you got the whole point now.

@ali45
You should apply family visit visa for your mother.
Docs you need to provide from your mother :
Last 6 months bank statement
evidence of income, how she support herself
documents of property owned by her
if she has other childern, their documents which can be birth certificates or Bay form
Documents of her husband. evidence of relationship
If she has 700000 PKR in her account, ECO want to see where the money came from
If she gets 50000 PKR from rent, rental agreement or receipts should be attached and the amount should be reflected
in the bank statement
Docs from your side:
Last 6 months bank statement if you are sponsoring the trip
copy of your passport
copy of your visa
documents of accomodation where she gonna stay in the UK
your payslips or business documents
you have to be very careful with the bank statement, if there are any large recent deposits, you should explain them and evidence should be attached
If you need any more help. please let me know

Thank you so much for ur reply
I cannot apply for her family visit visa becoz its only when u become permanent resident of UK
her bank account open few months ago may b three months
she only receive income in shape of rent and she is 70 years old and not deposit money regularly
she got some property documents in shape of called( faard )
from my side i got my business documents which im going to send her
if i only take letter from the bank on the manager letter head is that will b sufficient?

@ali45
Three months bank statement is not sufficient. It must be for last 6 months.
Bank letter is only sufficient if it says the date when the account was opened and the available balance.
I would suggest you to wait for three more months and organise the docs properly

Yes I understand its a stressful experience.
Why don't you call or email the international contact centre to ask the current status of your application.
https://ukvi-international.faq-help.com/
I called them last friday regarding my mother and sister's visit visa application and they said that a decision has
been made on their application on 25th September.
we are still waiting for the documents to arrive at Lahore VAC
