Accomadation document help for spouse visa

The landlord of the property is my uncle. So my uncle gave the property to my father on rent. 

Now i live with my father which is privately rented by my father from uncle without tendency aggrement. 

All the bills are on my father name including concil tax bill. As my name is on council tax.


Now my concern is which document do I need to show for accommodation.

My uncle has wrote letter stating that i have given the property for rent to my brother and we had open aggrement with my brother and he had no objection for my wife to stay at the property as long has she wish.

Is this letter enough to prove accommodation for my wife or do I need letter from my father aswell stating that he his main tentant. So I can put council tax bills which is on my father name as my name is included aswell.

Because you're not the only person living in the property, it will be wise to get housing inspection report done.This is usually done by the council and it will simply state,the house won't be overcrowded should your spouse moves in.
Your dad also need to write a letter stating he's giving you and your spouse a room to stay.
Try and explain all this in your additional info,so that the eco will understand you better.
