Appeal to Upper Tribunal

Dear forum members

If a out country spouse visa appeal is allowed by First Tier Tribunal, then how much chance is there that Home Office Challenge it in Upper Tribunal? How many days do Home Office have after decision to appeal to UT?

home office will challenge the decision if judge made error in law ,in country appellant can apply for permission to upper tribunal within 14 days nd out of country its 28 days

its depend ,every case has its own merit

if there are strong or arguable ground of error in law made by ist tier judge determination then its highly likely
