APPEAL TO UPPER TRIBUNAL

Post by musoga » Sat Jul 23, 2011 3:59 pm

My settlement visa appeal was dismissed by the first tier. we are looking to appeal on grounds that the judge did not conisider the evidence we gave properly, did not consider case law we were relying on and did not consider my husbands human rights.
My question is, what are the timelines we are looking at from when we submit the appeal and( if granted to when ) to getting a reconsideration hearing?

It may take months for your case to be listed.UKBA are sore loosers when they loose an appeal and they will normally take 3 months or more once the judge allows the appeal for them to implement the appeal.

Hope you have a barrister to represent your case to court.
