british father, non eu mum, and new baby?

so as the title says if a baby is due to be born on oct 2008 to a british dad and a non eu mum (who are not married at the time of birth) which passport does the baby get?

the mum is moroccan and the baby will be born in London UK.

Baby will be British.

Whether child is Moroccan or not depends on Morocco law. Do you want the child to be a Morocco citizen or not? Citizenship of some countries can bring problematic obligations and there would be no right to British diplomatic protection in that country.

no if she gets the british passport that's fine for me, no need to get the moroccan one!
