Can dependent travel alone to U.K. on Tier-1 dependent?

Post by gujalls » Mon Feb 16, 2009 10:11 am

Hi,

Can dependent travel alone to U.K. without the main applicant?

We recently got the U.K. Tier-1 Visa. I being the main applicant and my spouse the dependent.

I want my wife to travel to U.K.

Is it possible for her to goto U.K. without me accompanying her?

It would be great if someone can answer my query.

Thanks for your understandings.

Yes, anyone can travel alone as long as they have a valid visa.

For example me and my wife (dependant) travelled seperately while coming to the UK.
