Chilren born in UK

Post by petimiru » Fri Jun 18, 2004 3:09 pm

Hello,

I have twin boys who were born in the UK and want to take them on holiday - it will be the first time we're leaving the country since they were born.
We are non-EU citizens. My wife and I are working legally here, we have work permits. We're to get the Indefinite Leave to Remain at the end of this year.
Do they need their own visas to return to the UK after our holiday - or can they travel under our own visas. We're not getting invididual passports for them - we'll put them into our own passports.
Many thanks for any help.

Please read this

and this

I would advise you to apply for Leave to Remain for your children.
