All respected seniors, I need some suggestions from you about Category A or B selection as I’ll be sponsoring my spouse visa very soon. I am employed with the same employer for less than a year at present and I was moved to this company when my old company was bought by my current employer. After few months of acquisitions I have been moved to another internal company recently (three months ago). My salary my benefits my contract and my designation remained same as it was a year ago, but in terms of HMRC I have been moved to two different companies since then.
My question is as my employment is continuous for more than a year and there is no change in salary, neither have I got a new contract due to the above acquisition and transfer shall I apply in Category A or Category B?
I know it is not very simple situation, but would appreciate your help.
