Do I need to notarise the Sponsorship Declaration Form?

Hiya,

I am planning to get my parents applying for Family Visitor Visa so I am sending number of documents from UK which included Sponsorship Declaration From - can any one clarify if this document needs notarised by a Solicitor in the UK?
