You applied under carer category he asked for medical proofs that why he isnt enable to travel to be with you ?

where did you hear that they can add new reasons for refusal? please provide a link. our original refusal decision was withdrawn because we submitted the missing evidence with our appeal and they were satisfied, but they said we should wait to hear about the new decision
