FLRM - Extension...URGENT HELP!

Hi I am new to this site,
Hope will find some advice/help, I have booked a premium service for my FLRM- Extension..
Please advice if the below doc are sufficient :
2 x pass size photo (Mine )
1 x pass size photo (wife - sponsor)
Both passport copies
8 x months bank statements (joint acc)
8 x pay slips (Mine) - as my wife (sponsor) is not working
1 x job contract
6 months water bills and council letter (on joint names)
last 2 years joint named utility bills
40 holidays pics
flight tickets of holidays
last 2 years P60 (Mine)
marriage certificate
previous extension photocopy
HMRC Letter stating tax code changed to Marriage category.
written letter from my sister-in law in regards to the bills sharing as we are residing at my sister-in laws house from last 6 months

Question: I am unable to get the letter from employer. However i am working since one year with the same employer (added contract copy and payslip - would that be enough?

Please help...thanks!
