Are you looking at form FLR(M)?

To save trawling through the FLR(M) application form, do you want to tell us what section 2.3 applies to? :|

Sorry, section 2.3 is to indicate what stage of extension of leave you are applying for or why you are choosing to extend your current leave

When did she initially apply for her spouse visa and how many months was it valid for?

That's odd. If she applied after 8th July 2012, then perhaps she should get it corrected? Else, later, she may not have sufficient time on her leave to be eligible for SET(M)?

Have you clicked on Vinny's links in blue? The initial entry visa issued outside of the UK should have been for a period of 33 months. That's why I assumed it was your wife's second extension.
