How long does it take to have issued visa stamped on PP?

I have applied From Pakistan Lahore for uk spouse visa in last year march first they refused my application but then they overturn the original decision I have submitted my Passport on 24/01/2016 with call letter its about over three weeks but nothing heard yet answer will be appreciated thanks
