How long is it taking from Islamabad?

hello all ...

Applied for a family visit visa on the 12th June !! 8 weeks gone but still no news ... website says "application forwarded to Islamabad oc on" - what the heck is that mean? Anyone applied for visit visa around the same time and got it yet? or are they on the same boat as us?

Applied on 4th June 2009 - Islamabad - still waiting been 48 working days so far.

I'm going to Pakistan this weekend for a week and was hoping it be done by now - they are taking so long and not replying to emails.

have to just chill and ride the storm
