ILR Depedant with gaps in stay

Post by dancingguy05 » Sat Jan 07, 2017 2:55 pm

Hi Guys

i got ILR in October 2015
My wife is currently on T1E dependant (expires in May this year)

Her immigration history is as below

PSW dependant approved Jan 2012

arrived in the uk ----------------left abroad to continue studies in
jan 2012---------------------- April 2012
10 August 2012-----------------19 August 2012

My T1E exprired in Nov 2012

she came to see me on visitors visa in Sep 2013 stayed till Feb 2014 whilst my T1E is on a appeal

Approved T1E dependant visa in Sep 2014

Came back to the UK in Sep 2014 and stayed back since then

Is she eligible for ILR?
if not when she is eligible?
if not which form I need to fill?
What documents submitted?
What are requirements for a dependent visa?

Please advise

If you were granted ILR under Long residence, then she should switch to FLR(M) and spend five years (with one extension) on that, before being eligible for SET(M).
