Hi... I am a student in Germany and planning to get married this year in Pakistan. My fiance lives in England and I plan to move to england with him in March2005.
My question is that does it make a difference if I get my marriage registered in UK(cos I am goin to visit UK next month anyway) or will it be same if our marriage gets registered in Pakistan.
I am planning to apply for the settlement visa from Germany when I come back here, around Nov this year.
p.s. My fiance has been working there since around three years and holds a work permit.
