logistics of application...any UKBA staff here??

hi, just wanted to know if anyone can tell give me some info. Applied for fiancee visa from Pakistan and the ECO telephoned the UK sponsor about 10 days ago and asked some basic questions about relationship and employment. The ECO said he was making a decision that day. Nothing heard since. I am guessing it takes time for the passport to be sent back to Pakistan from the office in London, but does anyone know how long this normally takes from the date a decision is taken? Thanks
